I have a slip for rent for the 2007 season.....

Slip can handle a boat with a 13.2 foot beam and up to 40 feet in length. Slip rental includes free winter storage, and no charge for water. Pool, tennis courts, basketball, batrooms with showers just a short walk from the slip. Electric is provided and you have your own meter, electric is not included in the rent.

Very secure marina with security people 24/7.....Marina has a full service repair center with topshelf mechanics (MRD).

Long term commitments are available for this slip, secure your home for your boat before the 2007 increases take affect. Since this is a private offer you will save money (substantial amount) as opposed to renting via the Anchorage office........

If you are intrested you need to email me: Walter**valentinesystems.com

Couple people are intrested, but you know how it goes, most people don't put their boat in the water till April.... so the mad rush for a slip starts in March....

I am sure if I gave it to Joelle it would already be rented.....

Thanks for the Bump.

Walter, a friend of mine has an extra slip he rents and usually Joelle has it rented in a matter of days once he lets her know. I'm sure you can get someone if you have to do that.

Doesnt seem to be helping... u got anything going???

There a slip for sale adj to mine... c 30

only 13' beam though

Rob

They want 50... which i think is too much...

I just bought 31 for 50 and its 15'

Id have loved to have 3 in a row ... but its over priced,,, IMHO...

Rob

Rob......did you play alot of the game " Monopoly " when you were a kid ??

Wow..........

Just heard that the office rented a slip for a 25 foot boat for 6k..... waiting list for slips.....

Gees whats up with that........

Walter

No way ... holly **** ... maybe i should get it then ...

My post was a bump, not true....

I think 50k is to high, I paid 35k for my new slip and it has the same size beam.

Where were you guys when I wanted to bail out of the LIYC and buy a slip. I was looking for about a 14-15’ on D dock. I thought they were all filled for that size. Jollie(SP)gave me that info at the time.

Now I am the Rear Commodore and have to put on a funky hat for the Memorial Day ceremonies. Not to mention the white pants and blazer costume. [:-captain]

D dock had no slips, I bought on B dock and Rob bought on C dock.

Rob,
Is the office renting your slip, and if so email me what it will rent for.
