And so it begins...

I would NOT come in at low tide next weekend, or any weekend, unless you know where the channel is. The buoys are not yet out and you WILL get stuck if you try to cut across in the wrong area.

I have the GPS co-ordinates if you want to plot a course on your GPS, I could get them from the boat this weekend.

Next Saturday the low tide in haverstraw will be at ~12:30. Exactly when I was planning on bringing the boat over to SPBM. How low will the water be? Can I get into the slip with the drives down?

I don't know it's a big trip all 150 yards or so. I would wait a couple of hours if you can or a least raise the drive a bit. What's your draft I'm guessing about 29" you should be fine but don't quote me that. If you need a hand or if you don't want to walk back let me know you know where to find me. Good luck. BTW the boat looks good glad it worked out.

I thought he was coming from Haverstraw.

Never mind then.

Ummm, the weather this weekend looks pretty rainy. Hogan, you wanna work on your weather skills please?

You should have done it last weekend, it was gorgeous!

Yes thanks for the dry weather last weekend.

I am calling to see if they can drop it in today since I am basically done. If not next weekend early in the morning. We'll see.

Thanks Dave.

OK - The boat is being launched today. I will bring it over tomorrow since I know Hogan will do his magic to hold off the rain until nighttime.

I hope to be down sat around lunch time.. gonna cut her open and suss out the damage...Let the games begin..

I was thinking of getting in this weekend, but just ran out of Trilux paint. I guess I'll push for Sunday or one day next week.

Consider it done...

Uh oh, better double up on my provisions...

Waking up on the river is such a relaxing thing!

Waiting for the bottom painters to arrive on land, I'll get some more coffee in the mean time. :)

Mike, how are you going to double up on provisions if Gina won't even let you come up to the marina to hang out with us? Will you be permitted to come up to the marina today? Bob, you are welcome on our boat until Mike gets here. John, hope you are feeling better.
