this blows man.......we have friends scheduled to come out with us Sunday.......this would be the 3rd time in the 3 years we have had the boat with these friends and it has been terrible each time. First year....WIND....i mean blowing me so hard i had major trouble getting into the fuel dock. Last year, rain storm on us.

Come on gang, that's a 50% chance it's going to be good and you'll all have a great time. Anyone play hookey today? It was a good day to be out there. We drove down to the Newburgh docks to check out the boat show. It wasn't much. But we had a great lunch at the sushi place with a fantastic view of the river and hills on the East side of the river. It's comforting to know someone actually did something great with the water front in Newburgh. Plenty of good eats and docking. You may rock a bit but it can't be like Lincoln Harbor in Jersey!

Ben I wish I could have joined you but the tides did not allow today maybe tomorrow I will have more time. I'm glad to see you are enjoying the new boat.

You couldn't get out of your marina on what turned out to be a beautiful afternoon? That really sucks! Only a handful of boats at Croton, the bay was a little choppy, but as usual, the weather guessers were wrong and it was not a bad afternoon at all.

I guess I could have but I would have had to plan better and not return until after 7pm closer to 7:30. We still enjoyed the boat at dock. Some day when I'm rich maybe I'll move someplace with deeper water, for now I just roll with the tides so to speak. I hope to get away from the dock tomorrow a least for a little while.
