any favorite surveyors in Baltimore area?

A friend has an offer in on a boat in Baltimore, and will be needing a survey. Does anybody have any recommendations, or warnings to stay away from any surveyors?

It's an almost new boat, with about 100 hours on it, so hoepfully there won't be much to find.

Like John's surveyor above, I've used Capt. Phil twice now and have been pleased both times (although I hear the selling brokers don't usually like to see him coming...which is a good thing!).
