Anyone at Watch Hill?

Turns out my wife has plans saturday nite, so i am just doing a day trip to hemlock if weather is decent.
 
Yeah.......... Debs doing a Triathalon in Montauk Saturday.........so its just Cedar for me on Saturday.
 
Cedar on saturday sounds good too, maybe we will meet you there. You want to spend the night? We can take the wives back and then go back and hang since I assume if you pay for the day, you can spend the night?
 
Yeah..... if you paid for the night ....you can rope off your slip if you leave.

If her little boat was in....... she could come over after her Tri.........save me a trip.

I called this am.... 9 am ... nothing ... going to try again in the am maybe the weatherscared people away... were have been fogged in since 3 pm . im not amused....

Yeah, fog is thick now. But if it already was full that shouldn't really matter, no one will want to leave... But you never know, sometimes people are there for the week and leave Saturday morning.

It turns out that Tammie knows a bunch of people who are going to be there for someone's birthday tomorrow. So now the latest plan is to anchor nearby and take the dinghy in to hang out tomorrow evening. We were going to anchor out anyway, we'll just go further east.

Wife ain't landing now until 1:30am, so not sure what time she will want to head out. Spoke to Walter and we were gonna try for Cedar and if we can't get in there, then we will just raft up in Hemlock. She can't spend the night, though I am wondering if we are at cedar if she can get her car in the lot after hours. Either way, I am into spending the night if weather holds.
 
Ok so where were u guys ... Cedar was pretty empty.... Except of the one ahole with the loud music....

John we should write letters and complain we cant get into watch hill... WE are us citizens and deserve to get in.....

funny story i hada power squadron inspection..... i was advised how to prevent being a victim of pirates and that only the coast guard can board my vessel with out permission.... i didnt see a reason for either discussion....kinda odd...

Never went out, Saturday was pea soup and Sunday was cold and wet.
Next weekend we are going to Watch Hill for sure.
Either Thursday night or Friday morning.
 
sun came out for 2 hours today......... first time all weekend !!!
 
I was still working on my new holding tank at 6pm yesterday, so we decided to bag the Watch Hill visit and went to a friend's bbq. Finished all the hose connections this morning and then spent the afternoon fluke fishing. One keeper, a few bluefish, and assorted short fluke, skates and dogfish.

Rob, we're going to go Watch Hill in 2 weeks. If the weather is nice we're going to head out Wednesday after work. Hopefully then I'll get a spot!
