If you are, the 6:00 wedding on Saturday (the 19th) will be that of my daughter. The weather report is shaping up nicely! We've been lighting candles for a year, praying for a nice day (thanks Mom and Dad).

It sure sounds like an invite - Congrats on you daughter's wedding... The weather will be great...

Hell lets all go. Bill remember the last party we crashed there if I recall the Bride was not a happy camper. Maybe because we showed up in bathing suits.

Showtime Congrats on your daughter's wedding.

She was not happy, nor was she a pretty bride. In fact from the look of her the groom should have been the unhappy one. One reason she was not smiling I recall was all the noise coming from the boats near where her outdoor wedding was taking place. Hey folks pay a lot to keep the boat there they should be allowed to have fun...

The funny thing is I bet they paid more for that 1 day wedding then anyone in the marina pays for a season of dockage...
Weddings are not cheap!!!

Cheap they are not! We all understand the sounds coming from the marina as we have been there many times to witness it first hand. Mostly, people are very repectful while the ceremony is going on, many stopping to watch.
This will be a very emotional day for us as my wifes Mom passed away 2 weeks ago fairly suddenly. My daughter is taking it very hard as her and her grandmother were very close.

No, we're heading down tomorrow by car and staying at a hotel nearby. There's going to be a lot of family and friends staying there as well so it should be a blast! We've arrainged for a shuttle bus back and forth to the hotel so no one has to drive.

What time should I show up in my best speedo?

But seriously, have a great time. The stress leading up to it is huge, and then it's over. Enjoy!
