Only a couple of weekends left, who's still boating?

Pulling big boat this weekend. First year with little boat, keeping her in until the last day, 10/31

Pulled it on Columbus Day and winterized on a nice 70 degree day last weekend...

Still in and using it as second home while contractors tear apart my house. On it now listening to this heavy rain and feeling and hearing the wind push us around in our slip - Loving it - Like a baby roxking In a cradle.. Good night.

+1

It's rocking and rolling at the marina right now

I almost stopped to pick up a couple of cases of pink, then I caught myself and realized that it's way too soon for that!

Wind is dying down and sun is coming out!

At the marina now. So far, weather is cooperating. A little breezy but nothing we can't handle. Beats working!!!!!!

I just left the marina as well plan to be back in the morning. As windy as it is my boat is not rocking on land:)
I'm replacing all coolant hoses and repaired the coolant tank so today I made a parts list and placed an order should have everything next week. With a little luck I will have everything replaced before I wrap the boat making my Spring launch an easy one!
Hopefully the weather will be nice tomorrow I would love to do some waxing to really lighten the load in the Spring.

I bought all new hoses in the spring, have not replace them yet! At least I got an extra year out of them.

If the weather forecast for next weekend doesn't improve, this will be our last one on the boat this season.

Took a ride up to Bear Mountain, then into Bowline. The water was beautiful. This might be our last ride of the season.

I'm at the marina. Lots of boats missing. I guess everyone is at Bowline. Surely no one would have pulled their boats already with all this great weather ahead of us.

I spent the entire day at the boat, I figured I would take advantage of the great weather and start prepping the boat for next season. I buffed the port side and started on the starboard with a little luck I will have two coat of polish on from the rub rail down by the end of next week. Then I can wrap it and hopefully it will be much easier to cleanup in the spring. I must see pulling early this year has given me a lot of time to tackle many of the projects I been meaning to get to. With a little luck I will have the radar arch repainted before they wrap the boat as well. I running out of projects it must be time for a new boat:)

I took my boat to the lift today, does that count as still boating :)
