Aquapalooza

Unfortunately, I would have loved to come around for the fun (even though I don't own a SeaRay nor have I ever purchased anything from SS3) but I will be in Milford for Lobsterfest. I spent many a weekend there as a kid on my parents boat.

I am curious.

If Zachs Bay is a public place, what does "signing up" actually do for you? I understand that the bay is normally a "zoo" on most weekends so I would assume it will be chaos with a big planned event plus all of the other people who want to get in and anchor without enough scope, too close to everyone else, etc.

Are there planned events?

Ok
I just signed up

But just one thing -
where the hell is Zach's Bay, how do I get there - and what marinas are around to leave the boat at?

You did? Guess you forgot our anniversary that weekend. OK., no problem. Walter..... I need you.

NO better place to spend an anniversary......then on your boat ( with Walter )

OK Don, deal, but I want Gizmo too. Now, what do we do with Andy?

Good question mint!! I've often wondered how public can be made private except only maybe by using that yellow crime scene tape all over!! As for signing up, it gets you a tee shirt and some other little goodies. Maybe we should all pose the public/private question to Ms. Gina Barnett since she seems to be the one running the show.

I don't think so, the ones down in the Cheapeake try to get other boat models there so the owners will "trade up"... Haven't been to one up here yet....

Should be one helluva time. Last year was pretty good but I think this year there will be a lot more boats which will definitely make it interesting at Zach's bay which is always crowded anyway. Maybe we should start the raft-up on Saturday night and that way we will all be there in the morning on Sunday already. I'll try not to hit anybody when I come in. Hey, maybe I should try it with only one engine, just in case!!!!

INK - what kind of vessel you have?

Am not rich like you guys... I could only afford a Bayliner. It'd be good to meet you guys finally.

Bayliner, SeaRay, Rinker, Cruiser etc. It doesn't matter as long as you can get out on the water and enjoy yourself. I always look forward to meeting other boaters. Believe me I'm far from rich. My boat is a 97 SeaRay and I love every minute on her.

Cool... well lookout for me on the water. My boat's name is 'HAPPYDAY'

If you see a Bayliner struggling to dock, that's me.
