I'm in the market for my first boat. My wife and I intend to do a little skiing and/or wakeboarding while entertaining friends.

Are the "fish and ski" boats out there really practical for fishing?
I've tried to insert a picture of the boat I'm considering but it won't attach. It's a Wellcraft Excel 20SL.
