Hi everyone,
I took a few friends out to watch these fireworks last year. We were one of only 3 recreation boats there. There were i believe 4 security boats on site....so i felt safe..hahaha.
The fireworks were really enjoyable. We setup shop pretty much between the tri-boro and hellsgate bridges. The fireworks were going off really close....best view i ever had for a show.
Granted its not the 4th of July show, but its pretty damn cool. And obviously the water there can get snotty at times, have to check the tide charts, although im still learning so i probably will not fully understand whats what.
Maybe i'll see one of you folks there. Below link has some info.
