hi
i have osmossis blisters and i want to put on one of those barrier coat paints. the two i checked out were the interlux which called for four coats not including the two top coats and the other one , i forget the name asked for the same. hell if i put benny's house paint on it and i put enough coats i'll get a barrier. does anyone know of a better product that is less permiable that doesn't need 4 coats to do the job. years ago when i used to do commercial painting there was a product that they used to use on train bridges that you could put on at low tide and would cure even wet that was a barier coat and it only was two coats.
also does anyone know where i can get a moisture gauge to use on boat hulls. i used to have one for painting houses but i can't find it. it's probably the same devise used on hulls.
