I recently inherited a Diehard battery charger from a friend, but w/o the manual. It has a couple of settings, and I'm not sure which to use.
It's a Diehard Model 200.71222. I haven't been able to find much on the Sears website, but the search continues.
There's a "Battery Type" switch- the choices are "Conventional Low Maintenance" and "Maintenance Free Deep Cycle". I'm using maintenance free.
There's also a charge rate selector switch. The choices are 2A trickle, 10A, and 50A Engine Start. Obviously don't use the 50A for winter charging. Anybody have any input on if the 2A or 10A setting is better?
