Time to replace the tired batteries with new. I currently have 1 starting battery and 1 deep cycle. Have never had a problem with staying out on the hook and needing more battery juice so I'm wondering if I should replace with the same setup or go with just two deep cycles.
Engine is 1993 7.4 L carb'd. Not sure how to find out the cranking amps that are required and if the cranking battery would be a better choice.
