Hello to All,

I am thinking of running from Turkey Point at the Mouth of South River to either St Michaels or alternatively to Deale, MD for an overnigther this Thursday. Can anyone give me an idea about how long these trips might take one way We will be in our Grady 208 Adventure (loa 20'+) Also what kind of conditions could we normally expect this time of year? 2 weeks ago the swell was about 1 - 2 feet. Not uncomfortable but annoying. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I would think no longer than 45 min to 1 hr. to St. Michs'. Probably 1 1/2 hr. to Deale. Earlier in the day will offer you a smoother ride, and less wake. We live just north at Thomas Pt. and we can make St. M. in 1 hr. 22 ft Chap bowrider.
