Took a ride up to Cold Spring yesterday for lunch and saw some really huge logs floating around from the usual area around West Point and all the way down to the BMB. Lots of smaller stuff too. Large blue yacht, maybe 60-70' coming up river on our way back throwing a giant wake. Even throttling back and keeping the bow up we came close to taking water over the bow. Still, even if a little bit hazy, it was a beautiful day on the river. Got buttoned up just in time later in the afternoon before the short thunderstorm rolled through. Next week...radar install.
