I did compression check today on my Volvo 5.0 GXi motor and to my horror found #6 cylinder with a compression of only 104. What the hell. What could have caused this? The engine only has 160 hours on it. All other cylinders were between 194 and 204. Any recourse with Volvo or am I going to pay the $4000 to change the motor? This sucks. ShouldI go factory new or reman.
