A couple of questions:
I just purchased a subwoofer and single channel amplifier. My intention is to add this to the current configuration which is 2 drivers on the main deck and 2 drivers in the cabin. I want to see how this does before considering upgrading the rest (adding a 4 channel amplifier and new drivers)
The (Kenwood mp400)from what I understand has subwoofer outputs which will be great!
My questions:
1) Has any one ever tried the 10" JL Audio Subwoofer that I just bought? Impressions?
2) The two batteries do OK taking care of the load when you crank it up?
3) I am thinking about installing the Sub under the drivers seat (helm) and need to run the wires from the helm to the cabin. I am curious how to do so - I have done installations in cars and know where to hide the wires, what are the most common areas to route wires in a boat?
The boat is a 2007 Monterey 298SC.
