Boat Insurance

I just got my policy renewal and the rate increased 43% or $199 in 1 year. Same boat,same coverage,no claims. Has anyone else seen similar increases? I assume its from all the claims in N.J.
Any suggestions on good Insurance companies around the Bay?

If you only need local coverage, check with the company you have your auto/home through. Other places to try:

BoatUS - http://www.boatus.com/insurance/

You can go direct to a company like Progressive (http://www.progressive.com/boat/) but it's the same cost through one of the above and you support pro-boating organizations by using those two.

I have seaworthy. Renewed in December and my rate is down a bit.
