I've still got a ton of cassettes but just the AM/FM features with the NOAA channels make it a great deal. With Standard's quality and the weather protection, if someone needs to replace one, now's the time.

thanks. Obviously, at $18, we don't make any money on them but we should make some happy customers.

Pascal, that's a good question. I'll see if I can find out the answer.

That's an excellent idea - I added the cassette adapter to the page I referenced above. It includes a set of power plugs as well. And I added an FM transmitter. Now, for about $30 to $50, you can have a marinized radio that plays all sorts of stuff.

They will start shipping tomorrow. Because of the design, we can't molecularly transport these like we do most of our stuff.

I suppose that we could charge $140+ for it like a couple other sites are doing.
However, BoatFix won't price something higher than we have to just because we can. We prefer to pass the savings along to you folks. We probably could have sold just as many at $28 but we don't do business that way.

Paul, George and I highjacked a Standard Horizon Truck on its way to West. It was either sell them out of my trunk in Brooklyn or on Ebay or offer them here.

Don, I'll call Standard and see if they have any 8 tracks left. Should be able to sell those for a buck two fifty.

Dusty, I'm going to wait for the apprentice, senior edition. Our team will market "hot walkers" in bright red, metallic purple and gringy green with built in MP3 players and automated pill dispensors.

Incidentally, I posted the owner's manual for the MST70 here:

You guys spend a lot of time helping your fellow boaters by answering questions and offering advice. We like to try to give something back when the opportunity arises.

Of course we deliver to Australia - you just pay the freight. Just don't forget to flip it over when you get it.

Butch, the installation is simple. Get your kid to do it.

Sorry for the delay, Pete. It got hung up in Customs out of California.

Let's not get all teary eyed here. And absolutely no group hugs. It's just that, whenever possible, we'll try to repay you guys for what you do here and for your loyalty in the past.

Greg, yes, we have some left - and, yes, the flush kits are gone - except for members of this forum. Standard found a couple more. Put a note on your order to add a flush kit. Also, if anyone else here didn't get theirs, let me know.

We will probably be out of these by the end of the day.

Shouldn't see too many on Ebay. I put a limit of 5 on any order and then, towards the end, a limit of 1.
