We're up here for Boston University's "parents weekend" in the Marriot overlooking Boston Harbor. Right now it's 37 degrees with not a cloud in the sky!

Maybe tonight we'll go to Fenway and catch the Red Sox game --- ooops, that's right, they don't play again until the spring!

Somebody's fishing, . . . But I ain't taking the bait!! [:-baseball]

Enjoy your stay. Nice place to visit or get an education.

We just got home from a camping trip to Cedar Lake Ind. Temps there in the upper 30's and low 40's.

Glad to be back home

Mike that Long Wharf Marriott is a great property. Thake a short walk to the North End (Boston's Little Italy) and enjoy some great food. For seafood go over to Faneuil Hall and check out Kingfish. Enjoy those places now before the bills for BU start showing up.

Eat at the Chart House next door. Or better choice, Union Oyster House about 3 blocks away on the other side of the Bostonian Hotel. And wander on over to the river to watch the Head of the Charles regatta. Good times around Beantown today - and plenty of parking around Fenway. Slacker bastids...

I remember a place on the North End called Dom's. Little place and hard to find, but it was unbelievable. If you're in the North End, don't eat dessert in the same place you had dinner - too many other great places for dessert.

If they ever wrote a book about Doms "back in the day," a lot of names would have to have been changed to protect the not-so-innocent. That was part of the charm. The food was the other part of the charm...

.North end is great but the Union Oyster house is My favorite.

If you like jazz, this is the place to go. I spent many a Sunday afternoon enjoying great music when I worked in Cambridge.

427 Massachusetts Ave., Boston. a very short walk from the Mass Ave T stop. (IIRC, where the orange and red lines join)

Union Oyster House is hard to beat ~ let's say one of the best - and and considering the history there......check out the etchings on the wooden bar....and Kingfish is absolutely the FAV .... short walk from it all. Sorry... slackea bastads........

The Pats Killed the Titans...what a blowout. Too bad we couldn't add points to the Broncos game....or the Jets game. Maybe we'll need it for the Colts.

Blues Music at Harvard Yaad is good if you like that.

5 hour drive home, through heavy snow, stop and go traffic (for no reason) and rain. I'm shot!

It was great to see my son, he's very happy and tells us he's doing well.

Life is good...

I was wondering if you were on your way home through that. WTH? October Snow? Glad you're all home safe.
