You are correct that the right kind of toilet paper is not a problem. You can either go to a marine or RV store and pay through the a$$ (pun intended) or buy the cheap Scotts single ply tissue at the grocery store. It works just as well.

The few times we have had girls/women in that age group aboard our boat, my wifwe gives the instructions. We have plastic zip lock bags for the items and brown paper bags to put the zip lock bags in. And rubber bands to close the paper bags.
 
Sounds like you have all your bases covered Ron. Smart to let your wife handle the communication.

It is a similar situation to that which occurs in heard animals like sealions, cattle, antelope etc. Most females will enter the esterus cycle at the same time. This has some evolutionary advantages as relates to availability of food for the young and favorable environmental conditions to rear a new born, ie not the dead of winter. There have been studies done on animals that indicate that one female in particular, the alpha, determines when the heard is ready to breed. The communication is by pheremones. It seems that we humans still have a few forgotten about ties to the animal community, the deep diving reflex is another.
