With the problems that you've been having with the props. Have you ever thought about swaping out the surface drives for some Merc Bravos or Volvo Pentas? You can come across some re-mans at a fair price. I'm sure you can sell the surface drives and props to offset the cost of the I/O's? Another question is can the Harley use I/O's without to much modification.
