Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow is not pretty. Depending on storm track anywhere from 3" of rain to 2 to 4 FEET of snow....

The hell with it. This message is coming via our aircard link while anchored out at one of our favorite anchorages.

Just wanted to say hi from our first trip out for the season! Boat ran great after sitting in the water unused all winter.

Time for another cold one...

Just got back from adding extra lines and fenders, and battening down the hatches! Had my first cold beer on the boat this season.

PBM is still empty, maybe 8 boats in the water! They are about 3 weeks behind - glad I'm done, so when the global warming kicks in, I'll be good to go!

Ya, I saw you out there John. The calm before the storm....Hopefully Monday we will be talking about how bad the forecasters did and the storm was nothing...Boats all tied down so see what happens....

8 boats - that's about 5 more than at CYC!! 'Course, Good Grief is still over at Viking (we winter there, it's cheaper), port engine started ok, but ran rough thereafter - the Dr. says it's two faulty fuel injectors. 'Should have been repaired late yesterday afternoon; With the weather (and finger piers at Viking - more secure dockage than CYC), we'll stay where we are for now, and we'll move over to home-base early next week.

Sure was a beautiful Saturday,though - woulda been a good morning/early afternoon cruise day . . ..

We're looking forward to that first beer on the boat . . ..
