Unlikely anyone will have this on the shelf. Almost certain you need to go to a local canvas shop.

I went back to Cruisers, Inc. a few years ago to refit wind damaged canvas on my 2003 3372 Express Cruiser. No joy, they had disposed of the templates for that model years prior.

A local canvas shop did the work, new Bimini top, Strata glass sides with custom smilies. One piece of advice - his work would have better matched the original pattern had I kept and given him the old, damaged canvas to use at a template.
