I have just signed a contract to purchase a 94' 310 Santego "flybridge" w/ 5.7 motors and Bravo II I/O's and am scheduling a survey now. The only item missing is a generator which I am fine with for now. I am moving up from a 26' Crownline Cruiser and really like the room and layout in the Carver. I will be having a survey done on the boat soon along with a mechanical one as well.

I would appreciate and feedback of current 310 owners or anyone about the boat if possible. Fuel mileage, etc. Does anyone know the actual weight of the boat. Powerguide says 12,500 and all ads list it at 12,500 but Carver's original cut sheet on the boat says 8,400 Dry weight and list the power train options on the same page so I wonder if that means the weight of boat without the twin motors?

I chose I/O since I dock in a shallow basin, sometimes below 3 feet if a dry period hits during the season (like last year) and frequent areas that are prone to shallow levels.

I am hoping to find out any information possible to make the purchase at ease.

Thank you and I hope to be Carver boater soon!

Rob,
Our fearless moderator, Pete, has posted linked to the Carver website for specs, that's where I got the factory info for my boat.
Beyond that, both Pete and Kenny maybe able to enlighten you a bit more...
