Has anyone heard anything about the status of Carver? Are they planning the release of any new models for 2011 or 2012?
 
Carver is in business and has about 300 active employees right now making Marquis and Carver yachts. They are working on some new models for Marquis, but I haven't heard anything about any new Carver models (although I think they need some new ones).
 
I would like to see them build a 46 MY with a cockpit making it 50-52 or so feet. The aft cabin berth is arranged perfectly for it. If they built one of those with some 550+ hp engines I would buy one tomorrow.
 
(sniff...) I remember when Carver made boats that I could actually afford to buy :(
