So...I work on the Chagrin River just east of Cleveland. On my way into work, as I crossed over the river, I noticed that it was about6 feet higher than it had been all winter so far. So high that it is overflowing it's banks by about a foot. They have the "County Action Team" ready to act...how or what they would do, I have no idea. I've only seen it higher once, 2 years ago when it swept most of the boats moored on the river down stream and out to open water. Luckily there are no boats in the water! I'll try to get some pics and post tonight.
