Is that the boat across from Rondout Yacht Club?

No - on a mooring in Catskill Creek (not Rondout) just east of Riverview. It wintered there last year as well and somehow survives. Needless to say, the creek is thoroughly iced-over. They can skate out to the boat and leave the tender ashore.

Sorry I missed that I that it was Rondout there has been a boat like that in the past as well. I assume abandoned or soon to be once it sinks.
