Composting head anyone?

When I bought mines the standard marine size was $650 from defender, the elongated horn size head for the master was a couple hundreds more. That was back in 2020, pre bidenomics :).

Defender still has the best prices and best service, but always worth shopping around.

Heads were shipped by truck, I remember placing the order in a Thursday and getting them on Monday! From CT to miami…

Don’t bother with the fancy flush controls… who need to use a phone to flush!! I m using a simple heavy duty push button and that’s as easy as it gets.
 
Headhunter products are great but pricey and geared for mega yachts. Their heads use water pressure to break the solids, so they need high pressure water pumps, at least 50/55 psi which most jabsco etc can’t supply. And they use gravity to get to waste the holding tank which is rarely feasible on a small boat.

I ve had them on boats I ve run incl the current 116.
 
when I removed the jabsco manual heads from my boat I replaced them with
Jonhson Pump Aqua T and have never regretted it.
Household size bowl got the Admiral's approval and they are quiet because they
use a separate water pump I mounted in the engine room.
switch allows you to wet the bowl and when you flush there is very little noise.
Also they are less expensive than most.
