I just upgraded from a 23 foot bowrider to a 28 foot express cruiser and I would like to take my wife a 2 year old son on a cruise from Fort Lauderdale to Islamorada. If I cruise the ICW does anyone know how long it should take us? Is it NWZ or Slow Speed the entire way. Is this a safe cruise for a Four Winns 278 Vista? What is a good place to stay for the weekend? Sorry for all the questions, but I have been reading the posts from this group and it seems like their are several seasoned boaters that can provide the guidance I am looking for. Thanks in advance!!
