Heard the lease wasnt renewed. The property owner is going to take it over...
I have to laugh the guy cant run a marina ... now he is going to destroy a resturant. Only thing he's got going for him is retaining the cooking staff.... until they get fed up with him that is.....

Don, that's too bad. Although we haven't been there in a few years I liked the place. Don't remember if the food was great but it was nice to grab something to eat and sit outside on the deck. We have a tendency to stay close to home for that type of thing and keep going back to Catfish Max, Parkside or Stillwaters (all in Seaford)We'll have to expand our horizons this summer!

Property owner did not renew lease...and decided to run the resturant himself. Hummm, sounds like he may be thinking towards the future and eliminating a long term lock up just in case. Consider the rate waterfront property has been snapped up and redeveloped residential over the last few years.....
 
Too bad...the food there is delicious. BTW, if u go there, look out the windows to the south and you''ll see my boat (and probably me)
