Dave, (Current Sea) Dad passed away yesterday.

I wanted to pass this on to all the people that know Dave. Dave's dad (Stanley) has been sick for a while so this was not unexpected. Dave's dads health took a turn for the worse while he was up here visting. He was able to see his kids and grand kids before he passed on.

I wish you and your family the best in this diffucult time.

Dave... my deepest sympathies to you and your family. Been there. Even though it was expected, it's never easy. He is in a better place. Hang in there.
 
Dave, sorry to hear it. It's been 3+ years since my dad died so unfortunately I know too well what it's like... My sympathies to all of your family.

Thanks everyone.
Losing my Dad has been tough.
Watching him get worse every day with the cancer was harder.
Now my Mom is the tough part, becuase she has cancer too, though hers is not like his, but she doesn't want to treat it and she just wants to die.

This has not been a good summer for me!

That is the day many of us dread ever happening. As my father ages, the thought of losing him is something I want to put out of my mind, but it is someday coming.

My symapthy goes out to you and your family. Now's the time your mother needs you the most, be there for her.
