I know I have seen reference to "Delta Boat Rescue" here before but I can't find it now. Seems to me the last time I saw any information about what to do when things go wrong was a service located way south of Sacramento. Am I searching under the wrong wording? I have been looking for hours without any luck, help!

Lost a engine thermostat about 18 miles north of Sacramento yesterday and would have never made it back without the current. Guess it's time to figure out who to call, something I should have done two years ago, but as I almost never get into the Delta proper I have put off.

Yep I was searching for the wrong wording, found it under vessel assist

Thanks!

Great service! I was a member for 12 years. Only needed them a few times, but had 100% satisfaction!
FYE, Vessel Assist is part of Boat US.

Dang, I wish my fingers would take instructions instead of doing their own thing!!!! But I like your interpretation Dave.......

Thanks for all the help, Boat US is what I needed, and I will give them a call in the morning!

I bet if you actually had been faced with $1,300 in fees, we would have seen Diver Al going over the side into the cold water with a knife between his teeth. Cap'n Phil saved me once in a similar scenario and that annual fee was a lot more attractive than the cold water LOL
