I'm planning a trip to BB this weekend by boat from the Hudson. My sister rented a house on one of the canals off "swan bay". It is on the south side of Bay Beach Way(#241), Lavallette, 08735. The chart says 1' of water in there. I was planning on coming and going at hight tide +- one hour. Do you think this is safe? What is the tide swing there? Any words of wisdom? Thanks in advance.
