Looking for a good detailer in the Stony Point area, anyone know of one ?

The last I checked our marina offers that type of service Wayne. I always do my own so I can't tell you how good they are or are not but you could check with them for pricing at least.
 
Thanks John, I always used Steve at New World Polishing but since our marina was sold he will not come into our yard anymore. I don't want to ask our yard, there are some doors your gut says don't open.
 
I've heard a lot of places that used to come into the yard refuse to come in any more. I wonder why that is? I'm guess you may want to check with the office for a list of approved outside vendors.

There is a really nice guy that comes to boatered a lot, I believe his name is George Mann, mannmade is his boatered name if memory serves. He does great work from the boats I've seen him do. I met him doing a boat in SPBM, I'm pretty sure after the marina sale as well.
 
George is indeed a gentleman, and he does GREAT!! work. There's a good chance he may be looking in shortly.
 
George is not traveling down here anymore. He gave me the name of another guy that I am waiting on a return call from.
 
George will come but his prices are a little higher do to the travel. At least that is my understanding, I'm sure others can add to this. George gave the number of another detailer that was more local and he thought may give a better price, but he was willing to come himself for the right price.
 
George does great work and he did my 3075 Cruisers last year. The prices went up this year when I asked ablout doing my new boat. He did give me a name of a local guy but I have not yet heard from him. If George had a little lower pricing I would use him in a New York second.

Get off your lazy ass and wash and polish your boat. This way you can't bitch about how much money you spent that you don't have.:D
