We have a new pup, a Brittany Spaniel, currently 5 mos old. First dog in almost 30 years and never had one on the boat. He will be boating with us starting this season. He has been to the bat once while we started to unwinterize and didn't seem fazed by the marina, the docks or the boat while it was in the slip. Othe than te obvious (doggie life jacket) is there anything anyonehas experinced with introducing a pup to boating that I should be aware of? The boat is a 2005 silverton 34C and it is kept in a covered slip at a marina on thelower Potmac if that makes any difference. Thanks.
