So I get home SUNDAY and to my surprise I have a VM on my cell phone from Walter. Apparently the guys were hanging out at Cedar saw me go by and CALLED MY CELL. Since we are all BOATERS . Wouldnt it occur to any of u three rocket scientists to USE the VHF RADIO ??? Apparently not. We would have loved to hang with u guys if only the three of u learned proper boating communication.

Rob........... If you would have LOOKED to your port side when passing Cedar...........you would have SEEN US !!!!!

......and try ANSWERING YOUR PHONE !!!!!

Good one Rob.........real good one! [:-jump2]

First off, which channel? Second off, you can't hear your radio when running. At least I can't.
Third, we did everything except throw a beer at you. Horn, yelled, waved, mooned, etc!

If you couldn't hear your phone, how you gonna hear your radio!

And why were you going home on such a gorgeous day?

Rob,
I forgot what the seagay channel was, you know, the non-fisherman channel, therefore I felt the cell phone was the only alternative.

I love u guys ....

For the record I can hearmy radio. I cant hear my cell phone. If the boats running Im on 16 and seagay channel 88.

FYI ... We did look. I thought MY buddy tony was there. I did not see walters flybridge... the other SMALLER boats blend into the back ground!!!!!

Going to watch hill again next week ... Any takers ?

Rob

Horn, yelled, waved, mooned, etc!

MOONED????.......I thought Walter was on the bridge using the phone !!!

NO WONDER why Rob didn't stop !!!!

A couple of guys at Fire Island with their pants down?

Well I've met Dave and Walter and if they had their pants down who can blame Rob for not stopping or even for pushing the throttles to the stops. :)
