dont know where water is coming from

hi i have a 1995 bayliner model 2355 cruiser i have it on land and witerized right now but will be getting it ready for this season very soon my question is every year i notice some water down below where engine is abot 2 to 3 inches deep and would realy like to know how i can tell where it is coming from my bellows was checked and they said it is fine 2 years in a row but still get that anoying water below is there any thing i schould do while it is on land to find where the water may be coming from i have holding tank and maserator tank and hot water heater they all look fine and thought maybe when it rained thats where the water came from but it schould drain back out with the drain hoses that are hooked up and one other thing when i first put it in the water it looks fine after a couple of months it seems to list slightly to the port side any ideas how to fix thease problems and find leak
