A couple of weeks ago, I tired to send them each an email expressing my opinion, but they would not accept it because I did not live in their district. So I sent an email to CSPA complaining about this. I'm hoping enough folks did the same and this is the result!

Whatever it takes to be heard in Sacramento to STOP THE PERIPHERAL CANAL aka "conveyance system"!

Thanks for helping to spread the word..... I hope everyone who sees this does the same.
