Changes STB batteries to large AGM style. Noticed when under way charging at +16v. Checked master panel as well and showed same voltages. Started when batteries were changes. Is this an engine regulator issue or other?
 
How much bigger are they? What did you have before and what did you put in ?

Also AGM require a different charging profile, most smart chargers have a setting to switch between flooded and AGM.
 
Could it be your batteries when brand new were at 16v?
The voltage you see is from the battery. Perhaps it will level out over time. I charge at 13.5v.
 
I kind of doubt the engine alternators have a selectable charging profile. Talk with the MFG about this.
