Hi, this is my first post and compliments on all the great tips found here! I bought an '87 SeaRay Amberjack that I am working on. I pulled the 4 exhaust elbows and manifolds (RWC) and the elbows and intermediate exhaust pipes are "welded" together on all of the units. A couple of the exhaust bellows are cracking so I would like to replace them if I get the elbows apart. Any suggestions? In addition, I would like to soak the parts in an acid cleaning solution (like engine rebuilders use on crusty engine blocks)to remove deposits and exhaust carbon, but I can't find anything at Auto Zone or Advance Auto. Any suggestions as to where I can find the appropriate chemicals? The manifolds and elbows look fine otherwise so I think it is time well spent to clean them up. I am slowly collecting parts to convert to full FWC but that is a topic for another post... Thanks.
