Extra foam padding and sheets for the bed

Our V-Berth bed is hard and needs more foam. Short of finding some foam and cutting it myself, anyone know of a place that makes this to fit your boat? Same question for sheets for the V-Berth bed.

If there is no such place, what's the best foam to use to replace or lay on top of the existing pad?
