i am having problems with a used f16 jetboat that steering cable seems to be locked up. also the throttle always seems to be throwing water. is this normal. if anyone has aol. or can email me back i would greatly appreciate any help. i dont know much about its history but i got it knowing it wasnt 100%. if anyone is formiliar with this boat of similar system please contact back.
