Fire at Pittsburg Marina

I heard about a fire at the Pittsburg Marina on the morning news that happened last night. They reported one person had died. Very sad story. I was on my way out the door and didn't get any details. How did it start? How many boats were damaged? Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims family and friends.
 
tragic. My parents used to keep their boat in a covered berth in Pittsburg.
 
What a shame that no one was able to rescue Warren safely. May he rest in peace.
 
I hope that isn't the Warren that occasionally posts here as "xyzabc", but the person's situation sure sounds similar. He has posted some great stories from the old Delta days and I will certainly miss him.

I just went back and looked at his profile and it apparently isn't our Warren, but still a shame. Apparently this Warren's wife also died tragically at the boat some time ago.
 
Whew! You had me very very concerned Dave!

I hope "xyzabc" posts here soon so that we are all reassured he is safe and well.
