Fireboy Holding Tank Sensor

I have a Fireboy three wire holding tank sensor, don't know if it's the tank sensor or the gauge bad (it flashes one led when you press it). Anybody know how the gauge is mounted to the bulkhead..?? Alternatively, anybody know where to find a three wire tank sensor (discontinued from Fireboy)..??

You need to take it out and clean it there is something on the wires shorting them out in the tank good luck
