Fireworks on the 4th

As I was passing by Mandeville over the weekend, I noticed the sign at Hilton's place has been updated for 2010 saying the fireworks will be 7/4. Hopefully it will be a little warmer than last year. That was downright chilly for July.
 
It was pretty chilly last year. We were there and had the cockpit buttoned up tight to stay warm! This year we're skipping Mandeville and going to Stockton instead. There will be about 8 boats from Caliente Yacht club spending the long weekend there. If anyone is near by give us a yell on 68 (Misty Flow or Camelot II) and stop by for a beverage!
 
I am not going to Mandiville this year and looking for another view of fire works. Are they having them in Stockton?
 
Our game plan is to be anchored up at Mandeville although we have become a little disappointed in the fireworks show over the past couple of years. We still enjoy the crowd atmosphere, but it was awfully windy last year. We may make a move down to Stockton as well depending on the rest of our group.
 
Yes, Stockton is having fireworks. Honestly, the dogs hate 'em and I've seen enough to not really care one way or the other, but it does add to the festivities!

Dave, if you make it to Stockton stop on by. I'm sure Terry would like to say hi!
 
Ok, the Ports are doing it. I didn't think the city was doing them in light of the budget.
