Great fireworks on Saturday nite from barge moored off SPBM...we were at Patsy's Bay party, which was super, and were told it was in honor of a "sweet sixteen" party being celebrated at SPBM. Nice Dad!

Whats $20K spent on your daughter!

Actually the sweet 16 party was across the street while the SPBM people partied at the marina. A very nice time indeed and a really nice fireworks show...

Those Key Lime martinis kicked in just about the same time the fireworks went off!! Very nice show, indeed!

They had a fireworks display for a 16 year olds b-day???? Serious??

Yup, say what you want about the new Stony Point Bay marina owner but he sure spares no expense with his kids. I have no idea how many kids he has but I've meet a son and he strikes me as an outstanding young man.

The party was really great -- plenty of clams, crabs, hot dogs, hamburgers, wine, beer, etc. The restaurant was closed for the "sweet 16", so while some were saying "well, that's why the owner threw the party", he could've just as easily closed it without doing the party -- so more power to him. That was a classy solution to a problem. Had a wonderful time, and got to meet alot of the SPBM and Willow Cove boaters I hadn't met yet!

I must have missed my invitation in the mail.

How did everyone get an invite even you boys from Haverstraw? I have to get better connections over here...

The marina party was for SPBM Members and their guests.... the B-Day party was at the same time for the SPBM owner's daughter..

What a great party. I felt like a Sweet 16 Crasher. Ten Fingers (Great Band) played from 11pm-1am. Did I mention open bar with food.

....and give up having 15' of water under my boat?
