Has anybody ever used Flying Fish Marine Carburetors out of Largo, FL? I want to have my Rochester's rebuilt and would like some info on this place if anybody has used them in the past.

Thanks.

They rebuilt mine. The only thing I didn't like about it is that they paint
the rebuilt carbs black. That paint caused one of my chokes to stick. I
cleaned off the paint and it works well.
You can get yours rebuilt or they can send you a rebuilt one and you return
yours for a core. All of the shipping is included in the deal. They send
you a box with a sticker on it. You put your carb in bubble wrap included
in the box and tape it shut, place the sticker on the box and drop at any
UPS place.

Thanks for the info. I want to keep my carbs so I would have them rebuilt. I noticed a lot of re-builders do paint the carbs black. I take it you were happy with the results?

I am happy with the results. I just had to scrape some thick paint so the linkage would work correct.y.
