Four Winns 298 low water presure

My 04 Four Winns 298 has one of those showers in the head with a selector button to turn the faucet into a shower & hang it on the wall. There has never been enough pressure to run the sprayer since the boat was new, hot or cold. I hooked the city water connector up & had the same problem. I also notice very low presure on the kitchen sink & swim platform shower all which have sprayer hose faucets as well. The head and wet bar faucet both have good pressure and flow. I have trace the lines to check for partially closed valves and cant find any. I hired a mechanic to fix the problem and he said that it is becuase of the long run which I dont beleive at all because the freshwater tank is right near the kitchen & head so I should have high cold pressure as well and the cold wet bar faucet with the best pressure is furthest away from Fresh water tank.

My theory is that it is the small tube diameter in the sprayer lines that is causing the low pressure problems (note the head & bar sink done have sprayer lines)or just low flow facuets that arent really in a good aplication.

Does my theory make sense. Any suggestions?

On my last boat there was a washer inbetween the hose and the shower head handle. I believe it's only purpose was as a "water saver". Even hooked up to the dock water the shower pressure was lacking. Once I removed it the pressure increased.

Hope your fix is as easy.
