One of my feeds cracked above the valve so it looks like I have to replace the entire manifold. Can only imagine what Searay will charge for the part. Any suggestions?

I can't believe the PEX was attached with hose clamps.....why go thru SeaRay....google MANABLOC PEX Plumbing System

neat how somebody here always knows the answer.

Fixed. Pulled it apart and each outlet is a separate part with o-rings sealing in between each. Kind of like Legos. No cracks, just a bad o-ring. Crummy pic but that's the only one I took. Thanks to all. BTW, the lines are not PEX. They are rubber coated hoses.

Your synthetic teak needs sanding.

Did that today, easy gig and amazing the results!

Hank,
I started with 80 grit, then went heavier with 40 grit. 40 grit made the job faster and easier. I started with a 1.75 inch wide block I cut (width between black grout). After a few passes with the block, I ditched the block and just used the sandpaper.
My teak was a mess, stains from compounding the boat and a ton of scratches. Start with 80 grit and see how that goes. Also, REMEMBER TO SAND WITH THE GRAIN, NOT AGAINST IT!
The color will change (lighten up) where you sand. A few days in the sun and it will darken back up. If you're impatient, you can use a blow dryer or heat gun to instantly bring the color back.

You might want to try Roll-Off Cleaner and a scrub brush first...I had sanded mine last year and it came out fine and was ready to do it again this spring as it had gotten extremely stained and dirty. Had and instance this past weekend where a critter(a mink) had gotten into our cockpit during the week and made a mess...fish guts, poop & pee!! So picked that up with a paper towel and sprayed down the flexiteek with Roll Off and was absolutely amazed at how it cleaned past the mess and took the stains and grime out of the floor, just kept going and flushed with fresh water and it came out better than sanding IMHO...
